We will investigate the request as soon as possible and provide a appropriate solution as per customer requests.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

After the purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within this 14-day period via our returns form or by email.

Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund:

  • The item must be returned in a condition suitable for resale
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging, where possible
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with labels.

We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the outcome
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Return Costs

You are responsible for return postage costs unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item is incorrect or not as described

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • You are entitled to a full refund or replacement
  • We will cover the return costs

We request photographic evidence to assess the issue before arranging the return.

Sending Items Back (Shipping Returns)

Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address.

Items must be securely packaged. We are not responsible for damage caused during return transit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee if item lost in transit due to wrong shipping service.


Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require:

  • Order number, invoice, photo of damage item, or proof of purchase.

 

Exchanges
